NEW OS-CONSVQP Series Specifications

  The SVQP series is a surface mountOS-CONcapacitor with advanced characteristics in resistance to heat compared to the SVP series The SVQP is best suited for devices requiring enhanced reliability. The SVQP is a vertical surface mount.

 The improved heat characteristics are: ripple current values are guaranteed at 105 degrees C to 125 degrees C as rated and 105 degrees C or less as allowable. In addition, the SVQP requires no derating for maximum allowable ripple current.

 High temperature load 1000 hours at 125 degrees C. Rated Voltage applied.

 Moisture resistance 60 degrees C x 90% to 95% RH x 1000 hours

 Operating temperature range is  -45 degrees C  to  +125 degrees C.
